💌 Cancellations & Order Changes
Because our team starts preparing orders right away, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of purchase.
After that, your order may already be in production or processing for shipment.

Each PrincessMade product is custom-made and hand-assembled, which means we’re unable to accept returns once your package has been opened or used — this ensures hygiene and quality for all our customers.
That said, your happiness matters most to us — if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right 💗
